This privacy policy disclosed the privacy practices of apps built upon the Stress Resilience Training System (SRTS) Platform and the trainresilience.com website.

 Apps included in this policy:

 - The SRTS Web app hosted on trainresilience.com

 - The AIRS - Resilience Training App for iOS and Android

This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by the apps listed above.  
It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 

What we collect:

  • HRV sensor data

  • Email address

  • Anonymized User Identification Code

  • Responses to Weekly Surveys

  • Device advertising ID (for analytics)

  • Crash reports (for analytics and support)

What we don't collect:

  • Free text responses

  • Resource link activity

  • Location Data

Purposes of collected data

  • To provide functionality to the application

  • To determine the effectiveness of the training

Sharing 

  • From time to time, in conjunction with partners, users of the application may be invited to participate in studies or trials conducted by said partner using the application.  For participants of said studies or trials, data collected by the application will be shared per the agreement on file with that partner.
    This would include the following data:

    • HRV sensor data

    • Anonymized User Identification Code

    • Responses to Weekly Surveys

   • Change/correct any data we have about you.

   • Have us delete any data we have about you.

   • Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

Security 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
